Located at the Hôtel Biron, in the 7th arrondissement of the city of Paris, from April 12th to July 17th, 2016, Musée Rodin is host to “Between Sculpture and Photography”, an exhibition that aims at drawing attention to the fine line between sculpture and photography by presenting a broad range of artworks created by contemporary artists who mirror Auguste Rodin’s grand passion for art.
“Between Sculpture and Photography” allows visitors to discover how, though each one of them belongs to a completely different era, sculpture and photography are ,in fact, two interrelated kinds of art.
Visitors will be able to perceive this connection through works by 8 contemporary sculptors and photographers including: John Chamberlain, Cy Twombly, Dieter Appelt, Mac Adams, Markus Raetz, Gordon Matta-Clark, Richard Long, and Giuseppe Penone.
Guests staying at Hotel Louvre Marsollier Opera Paris will be within a 15-minute drive from Musée Rodin. So, save the date!
