The Opera Garnier, located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris and the landscape of the French capital. The Opera House was inaugurated January 15, 1875 by President MacMahon. With the commissioning of the Opera Bastille, the Opera Garnier continues to present operas and was renamed the Palace of dance.
